Q: Will your videos play in my VCR? A: All of our videos are NTSC format, which is widely used in North America. If your VCR plays only PAL format, our videos will not play on your machine. Q: I'm interested in buying the DVD version of your videos. Do you carry DVDs? A: Please email us and let us know which DVDs you are interested in. We will let you know if the particular DVD is available and order it for you. Q: I placed an order today. When can I expect to receive it? A: Most of our titles are in stock and will ship within 48 hours. At times, a few titles may be on backorder, but will be shipped as soon as we receive it back in stock.
